Dr. Kun Hee (Esther) Lim, OD is a board certified optometrist who is committed to delivering excellent and high quality optometric care. Dr. Lim received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Minor in Music from the University of California San Diego. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry. She completed her clinical training across California and in New Hampshire gaining extensive experience in primary care and specialty contact lenses, vision therapy, and low vision rehabilitation. At graduation, Dr. Lim was selected as a member of the prestigious Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society and was awarded the Inland Empire Optometric Society Endowed Scholarship for her leadership.
Dr. Lim practices full-scope optometry to treat and manage visual and ocular conditions including refractive error, anterior segment disease, cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. She is glaucoma certified and licensed in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents. Dr. Lim is passionate about providing each of her patients with comprehensive and compassionate optometric care. She believes that fostering strong patient relationships coupled with effective patient education is key to providing her patients with the best experience and care.
Dr. Lim is an active member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Inland Empire Optometric Society, Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society, and was a Student Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
In her free time, Dr. Lim enjoys playing her violin, painting, rock climbing, and spending time with her friends and family.
